The flush-mounted installation device has plastic made flush mounting box (1) in which an installation box (2) is arranged. A power supply (3), and a circuit board (4) are provided inside the installation box. A metal carrier (5) is screwed inside the installation box, so as to hold the electronic device (6). The circuit board is made to pass through a recess of metal carrier. A cover (7) is provided to close the flush mounting box.
