PURPOSE: An information delivery system using a QR code, an information providing method by the Bluetooth transmission of the QR code, and a portable Bluetooth QR code transmitter thereof are provided to supply a service for requesting rescue to acquaintances by delivering a user QR code including position information and personal information to an information provision target through Bluetooth communication between a user terminal and a target terminal. CONSTITUTION: An information delivery system (100) using a QR code includes a user terminal (20), a target terminal (40), and a QR code server (60). The user terminal used by an authenticated user includes the QR code including personal information and real time position information. The target terminal used by an information provider includes a communication module to receive the QR code from the outside and read the QR code. The QR code server generates the QR code and manages the generated one.
