PURPOSE: A three step turbo compressor is provided to excellently maintain efficiency of a cooling system and to reduce production costs by simplifying configuration. CONSTITUTION: A three step turbo compressor comprises an first impeller (10), a second impeller (20), and a third impeller (30); and performs compression by including at least two drive motors which drive the first impeller, the second impeller (20), and the third impeller (30). Only one cooling impeller (60) is used for cooling more than two drive motors.
