It is intended to produce a rose in which an introduced gene is present in part of cells, for example, cells in L1 layer of petals or the like, and is not present in other cells, for example, germ cells such as pollen cells and ovule cells. Even when this rose is crossed with other roses, the introduced gene is not spread to the other roses, therefore, the possibility of spread of introduced gene can be completely denied. |
