PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire with a terminal in which corrosion at the connection of the electric wire and a crimping terminal can be prevented over a long term.SOLUTION: An electric wire (1) with a terminal includes a wire (10) having a conductor (11) and a wire coating material (12) covering the conductor, and a crimping terminal (20) for connection with the conductor of the electric wire. The electric wire (1) further includes a corrosion-proof material (30) molded integrally around the connection of the conductor and crimping terminal, and around the wire coating material adjoining the connection, and a primer (31) provided between the connection of the conductor and the crimping terminal, and the corrosion-proof material. The corrosion-proof material is mainly composed of a thermoplastic elastomer, the peel strength of the corrosion-proof material and the crimping terminal is 0.2 N/mm or higher, and the peel strength of the corrosion-proof material and the wire coating material is 0.5 N/mm or higher. |
