PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a rubber composition in which low heat buildup can be improved.SOLUTION: There is provided a process for producing a rubber composition obtained by mixing a rubber ingredient (A) comprising at least one rubber selected from natural rubber and synthetic diene rubbers, a filler comprising carbon black (B), and at least one compound (C) selected from vulcanization accelerators, and the process comprises a plurality of kneading stages: in the first stage of kneading, the rubber ingredient (A) and all or some of the carbon black (B) are kneaded together, then and along the way in the first stage, are added with the at least one compound (C) selected from vulcanization accelerators, and further kneaded. |
