The connecting device has a clip element (5) which has an elastic portion (5a) in a radial direction, where the elastic portion is clipped-on on a male fixing element under elastic expansion. A locking element (6) is slipped in a sliding direction (7) on the clip element, particularly if the clip element is clipped on the male fixing element. The locking element has a sleeve-like portion (6a) which is applied in a condition from the outside at the elastic portion of the clip element. The sleeve-like portion is substantially inelastic. An independent claim is included for a component connection with a hole.
