PURPOSE: An aerial picture drawing image upgrade system uses a remote controller to control in a vertical direction a position of a total station including a photographing device in a wireless method when a measure point coordinate value or a picture image of a certain point is faulted by an obstacle. CONSTITUTION: A total station (200) measures an angle and a distance of a measure point based on a base station (100). The total station transmits the measured angle and distance wirelessly or wiredly. The image processing center generates a drawing image by connecting and being synthesized with an aviation-photographed image The image processing center outputs the generated drawing image on a paper or a display.
