PURPOSE: A wax dispenser for dental technology using air pressure and a wax dispenser system for dental technology using the same are provided to improve convenience for a user and a task efficiency by allowing a discharged wax to be precisely adjusted according to a control of a dispenser operation part. CONSTITUTION: A wax dispenser (100) for dental technology using air pressure comprises a wax storage part (120); a nozzle part; a heater part (140); an air pressure supply part (150); and a dispenser operation part (160). The wax storage part has a hollow pipe shape. The air pressure supply part operates in a compression mode and a decompression mode. The dispenser operation part has a wax channel and a channel opening and closing part. The channel opening and closing part opens and closes the wax channel such that the wax stored in the wax storage part to be discharged outside through the nozzle part at the compression mode and the wax outside to be in-flowed to the wax storage part through the nozzle part at the decompression mode.
