PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of working efficiency of a user when a print rule that specifies an image forming device, in which a print failure has occurred, as an output target exists.SOLUTION: A print server 2 stores rule information 8, in which a plurality of print rules for determining one image forming device 4 being an output destination of image data out of a plurality of image forming devices 4a to 4c are specified. When detecting a failure in any of the plurality of image forming devices 4a to 4c, the print server 2 extracts, on the basis of a result of the detection, a print rule specifying the image forming device 4, in which the failure has occurred, as an output destination. Then, the printer server 2 notifies either one or both of a manager M who manages the print rules and a user who uses information processing device 3, of the extracted print rule. |
