PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide crushed aggregate utilizing radioactive waste usefully.SOLUTION: Crushed aggregate 150 is obtained by crushing crust-like composition 20 whose radioactive concentration is set in lower than a required value satisfying an ordinance standard and a clearance level as a whole. The crust-like composition 20 can be composed of solid-phase composition which a radioactive substance 19 is dispersed evenly, and the radioactive concentration of an external layer 17 is set to less than the radioactive concentration of an inside 18. The crushed aggregate 150 can be coated by resin, tar, pitch, heat-treated polyacrylonitrile or asphalt. The crushed aggregate 150 can be used for roadbed materials 201, substituted materials for poor ground, banking materials 211, ballast 216 used for ballast track 217, coastal and ocean structures or the like. |
