PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braille output conversion device capable of vibrating points in such a manner that a user can sufficiently recognize the braille, a braille output conversion method, a program, and a recording medium.SOLUTION: When a user touches an input operation detection unit 106, a portable terminal device starts a vibrating operation. The vibration is sequentially performed according to the number of points prescribed in a figure. Therefore, first, a point 1 is vibrated, then when the user once releases the finger, it progresses to processing of a next point 2. Secondly, when the user touches the input operation detection unit 106, it progresses to an operation of the point 2, however, the point 2 is a planar point so as not to vibrate. When the user releases the finger, it progresses to an operation of a next point 3. Thus, the portable terminal device performs an operation of vibration braille of a character, "ha" on the points 1-6. |
