PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a flexible solar cell module, capable of highly efficiently manufacturing a flexible solar cell module excellent in adhesiveness between a solar cell element and a solar cell sealing sheet by continuously sealing the solar cell element and producing no crease and no curl without using a vacuum lamination process.SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the flexible solar cell module includes a process for thermocompression-bonding the solar cell sealing sheet having an adhesive layer 3 made of a resin composition containing 100 weight part of an ethylene-vinyl acetate resin having a vinyl acetate content of 20-35 wt.% and 0.1-1 weight part of an organic peroxide having a one hour half-life temperature of not less than 110°C on a fluorine based resin sheet 4 onto at least the light intercepting surface of the solar cell element having a photoelectric conversion layer disposed on a flexible base material in a nitrogen airflow having nitrogen concentration of not less than 99 volume % by constricting it using a pair of heat rolls, and a process for cross-linking the ethylene-vinyl acetate resin by applying heat treatment to the thermocompression-bonded laminate. |
