PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device of a power transmitting mechanism capable of properly feeding lubricating oil and suppressing the damage of a pipe.SOLUTION: A third pipe part 49 has a bend 49c between a first pipe part side end 49a and a second pipe part side end 49b. A first retainer 73 is formed in an upstream side of the bend 49c and a position corresponding to the third pipe part 49 in an inner wall surface 70 of a second case 11B, and a second retainer 74 is formed in a downstream side of the bend 49c and a position corresponding to the third pipe part 49. An oil hole 49 feeding oil to a shaft is arranged in at least shorter one of a distance L1 between a position corresponding to the first retainer 73 of the third pipe part 49 and the bend 49c and a distance L2 between a position corresponding to the second retainer 74 of the third pipe part 49 and the bend 49c. |
