The communication unit determines whether a call is made to the incoming call warning device. The detector detects a plurality of detected parameters when a call is made to the incoming call warning device. The incoming call warning module receives and compares the reference parameters and the detected parameters, determines whether a user of the incoming call warning device is driving according to a comparison result, and warns the user not to answer an incoming call while driving.
