The device (105) has pulling elements (2) e.g. ropes or tapes, moved against tractive power and equipped with a gripping/retention device. A frame (102) is provided for defined guiding of the pulling elements. The pulling elements are guided symmetrical to each other and moved independent of each other. The pulling elements are resilient so that the pulling elements move against a spring force. The tractive power is adjusted by biasing a tension element (1). An end of the tension element is selectively fixed at different positions of the frame by fixed eyelets or eyelets displaced on rails.
