PURPOSE: A wheel cover for a hand cart is provided to sanitarily use strollers and wheel chairs used in both indoor and outdoor by detachably coupling the wheel covers to wheels. CONSTITUTION: A wheel cover(20) for a hand cart comprises a tread cover(24), a bridge coupler(30), and tie straps(33a,33b). Side walls(22) and bead cores(23) are formed in the tread cover. At least one portion of the thread cover is cut. The side walls are extended from the left and right sides of the tread. The bead cores protrude from the inner edges of the side walls. When the tread cover is fitted on the exterior of a tire tread(15), the bridge coupler couples a coupler(29) and a bridge(26) in a state where the coupler covers the bridge. Two pairs of straps(31) are extended from both ends of the side walls, and have coupling parts(32) at the end thereof so that the tie straps can be fixed on the exterior of a wheel rim. |
