PURPOSE: Electronic commerce method and device are provided to purchase a product desired by a viewer by providing a static image and product information in broadcasting information. CONSTITUTION: A request information reception unit (210) receives transmission request information about a static image from a broadcasting receiver. A product information processing unit (220) transmits the static image and product information to the broadcasting receiver. An image storage unit (230) stores a static image corresponding to play time of the broadcasting image. A purchase information reception unit (240) receives purchase information about product information inputted by a view from the broadcasting receiver. A purchase processing unit (250) performs purchase processing procedure corresponding to the purchase information received from the broadcasting receiver.
