摘要 PURPOSE: A contactless physical quantity measurement system is not sensitive to external vibration or a temperature change and to measure the thickness and a shape of an optical medium at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A contactless physical quantity measurement system includes a wavelength variable light source, an optical medium (105), a light receiving diode, and a signal detecting unit (108). Lights emitted by the wavelength variable light source are vertically incident into the optical medium. The optical medium has penetrative properties in respect to the lights and is processed to be flat. The light receiving diode measures a change in the intensity of optical signals caused by the coherence of lights reflected by an output surface and lights reflected by an incident surface of the optical medium. The signal detecting unit detects the optical signal intensity change measured by the light receiving diode, thereby measuring a coherent spectrum between the lights reflected by the incident surface of the optical medium and the lights reflected by the output surface of the optical medium.
