摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for an electrochemical cell which is excellent in durability, and in which a delamination hardly occurs.SOLUTION: A base material layer 112 consists of a resin prepared by mixing one or more kinds selected from the group of copolymerized polyester containing polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, polybutylene naphthalate, polyethylene isophthalate, polycarbonate, and ethylene terephthalate as a principal repeating unit, and a copolymerized polyester containing butylene terephthalate as a principal repeating unit. An adhesion layer 113 consists of at least one kind of resin selected from the group of polyester, acid-modified polyolefin, metal-modified polyolefin, a mixed resin formed of polyester and acid-modified polyolefin, a mixed resin formed of polyester and metal-modified polyolefin, copolymerized polyamide, and a mixed resin formed of polyester and copolymerized polyamide.
