PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic adhesive composition that forms an adhesive excellent in transparency and moist heat resistance such as foaming resistance when used under high temperature and high humidity conditions and exhibiting properties (blister resistance) causing no foaming or peeling under a high temperature environment and further forms an adhesive excellent in the properties and having no corrosion problem even in the case when an acidic group such as a carboxyl group is not introduced.SOLUTION: An acrylic adhesive composition includes an acrylic resin (A) produced by copolymerizing a copolymerization component [I] containing a hydroxyl group-containing monomer (a1) and an amino group-containing monomer (a2). The content of the hydroxyl group-containing monomer (a1) is 20 wt.% or more based on the total amount of the copolymerization component [I], and the content ratio (a2)/(a1) (weight ratio) of the amino group-containing monomer (a2) to the hydroxyl group-containing monomer (a1) is (a2)/(a1)=0.0001 to 0.5.
