A supercharger (C) comprises: a turbine housing (4) for accommodating a turbine impeller (8); an inlet hole (4f) for leading exhaust gas flowing in from an engine exhaust manifold to the turbine impeller (8), the inlet hole being provided to the turbine housing (4); a valve (20) for opening and closing a discharge hole of the exhaust manifold, the valve being provided in the inlet hole (4f); and a regulator (25) for regulating the rotation of a mounting plate (22) in order to make one part of the external peripheral surface of a stem (21) visible from the exterior of the turbine housing (4), the stem being exposed in an exposure hole (22b) of the mounting plate (22). |
