The lamp has a flap (2) for covering a part of the lamp, and a cam shaft (3) for changing a position of the flap in a position. A cam (4) of the cam shaft is arranged such that the cam upwardly pushes the flap from a closed position to an opening position by revolution of the cam shaft around a longitudinal axis by a rotatably arranged lever (6), so that light beams emerge from the lamp in a lighting chamber. A time interval for changing the flap from the closed position into the opening position and again back into the closed position is 1.5 seconds.
