PURPOSE: A construction method of a foundation structure for fixing a steel assembly is provided to improve the fixing performance of an anchor bolt and facilitate fixing works for steel assemblies without additional works by maintaining the exposed position of the top end of the anchor bolt. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a foundation structure for fixing a steel assembly comprises the following steps: vertically arranging a plurality of anchor bolts (120) on a concrete floor (110) to form a single bolt group (B); arranging a plurality of bolt groups on each top surface of the concrete floor to correspond to a base plate (25); maintaining gaps between adjacent anchor bolts in the bolt group; maintaining gaps between adjacent bolt groups; placing and curing concrete at a predetermined height to form a concrete foundation with the top end of each anchor bolt exposed to the top surface of the concrete floor; and fixing a steel assembly such as a check dam.
