The present invention relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a service notification method, device and system invented for solving the wrong determination made by a wireless network on the network performance and a wrong adjustment made by the wireless network on a radio resource management algorithm. One of the methods comprises: if a user equipment leaves an original network, the user equipment sending to the original network a first piece of instruction information, the first piece of instruction information being used for instructing the original network not to schedule the user equipment. The present invention is mainly applied in scheduling control of a dual-mode dual-standby or multi-mode multi-standby user equipment.
