PURPOSE: A method and device for testing touch screen panel is provided to reduce the time deciding the quality of the touch screen panel. CONSTITUTION: The testing module used in the touch screen panel testing system comprises the testing part (11) including the testing module inspecting the touch screen panel, the testing station, and the controller (13) which exchanges the signal and information. The first signal supply part (1111) applies the signal to each inspection coordinate of the touch screen panel. The second signal supply part (1113) applies the signal to each row of the inspection coordinate of the touch screen panel. The testing module (111) comprises the receiver receiving the discharge waveform which is detected after it applies the signal.
