PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deformable flexible pipe and a manipulator comprising the pipe.SOLUTION: A deformable flexible pipe 10 includes at least one flap member 11, and a tube 14 made of an elastically deformable material and accommodating the flap member therein. The flap member includes a plurality of flaps 11a and a connector 11b to which one sides of the flaps are connected. The tube changes the pressure transmitted to the plurality of flaps according to its internal pressure change.
