PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information management device in which even when an action of holding-over an authentication object part is performed in a plurality of ways by a user, a time required for authentication can be shortened.SOLUTION: An extraction part 22 extracts, out of an image obtained by photographing a subject including a vein authentication target part at the time when vein authentication is request, a physical quantity for specifying a way of holding the vein authentication target part over a photographing device 18 used for photographing, and an authentication target image in an area corresponding to the vein authentication target part. Then, when a prescribed condition is satisfied, a providing part 24 provides an image corresponding to an authentication target image out of a plurality of images with holding-over information for specifying a holding-over way defined by a physical quantity corresponding to a physical quantity extracted from the image, from which the authentication target image is extracted. The phrase "when a prescribed condition is satisfied" as used herein refers to a case where the authentication target image extracted by the extraction means 22 corresponds to any one of the plurality of images. |
