PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel estimation apparatus, a channel estimation method, and a user apparatus.SOLUTION: A channel estimation apparatus includes: a pre-processing part for extracting initial channel response information of a resource element occupied by overlapped reference signals on a downlink link transmission layer, by performing a demultiplexing and despread processing on a reception signal using a reference signal sequence generated beforehand; an interference elimination part for eliminating interference on the basis of an interference elimination matrix for eliminating interference between layers and the initial channel response information, and obtaining a channel response information of a resource element occupied by a reference signal after interference elimination; and a channel estimation part for estimating a channel response of a resource element occupied by downlink transmission data, on the basis of the channel response information of the resource element occupied by the reference signal after interference elimination. |
