PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for inspecting a solar cell array which can firstly inspect a parallel wiring type by a TDR method, can secondly implement such an inspection readily and cost-effectively, and can thirdly promise an anti-surge effect.SOLUTION: An inspection system 12 determines whether there is a failure or any other trouble with a solar cell array comprising a plurality of parallel-connected strings 1 each including one or more modules 3, and includes an inspection device 11 and delay means 13. The inspection device 11 determines whether there is any trouble with each individual string 1 on the basis of an outgoing signal to each string 1 and a reflected signal from each string 1. The delay means 13 sets a relative time series priority relationship of each string 1 as to either or both of the outgoing signal and the reflected signal to whereby input the reflected signal from each string 1 into the inspection device 11 in sequence. |
