PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding health appliance for a foot capable of performing the following exercises to be done at the same time: flexion motions of finger joints of the food, the joint of the ankle and the knee joint which can be done conventionally simply by moving the heel up and down; and treading on pressure points of the sole and the massage of the calf which can not be done, conventionally.SOLUTION: A foot finger slippage prevention frame and rubber band are provided in front of each point on a footrest base table, projections each having the shape of a wart are provided in the central part, and a sliding arm having a pressurizing spring that is foldable with an L-shaped groove as a starting point is provided at the back.
