A method and an apparatus for transmitting Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request Acknowledge (HARQ-ACK) information are provided, including: in a Carrier Aggregation (CA) Time Division Duplex (TDD) system, when the configurations of the uplink and downlink of aggregated service cells are different, and the mode of Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) format 1b combined with channel selection is applied to feedback the HARQ-ACK, determining, according to the timing relationship between the Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) and the HARQ-ACK acknowledge information complied by a second service cell, a downlink subframe set of the aggregated service cells which is in a feedback window corresponding to uplink subframes; and determining, according to the relationship between the downlink subframe sets of the aggregated service cells which are in a feedback window corresponding to uplink subframes, the transmission mode of the HARQ-ACK acknowledge information of the service cells and the PUCCH resources used to transmit the HARQ-ACK acknowledge information; in the determined PUCCH resources, transmitting HARQ-ACK acknowledge information using the determined transmitting mode of the HARQ-ACK acknowledge information. |
