PURPOSE: A variable rope supporting type floating photovoltaic power generating device is provided to prevent a floater from being drifted by stopping a winding drum when wind pressure is generated over a preset reference. CONSTITUTION: A support member (30) includes a support rope (31) and a winding drum (32). One side of the support rope is fixed under the water. The winding drum controls the length of the support rope. A tension sensor (40) senses the tension of the support rope. A wind pressure sensor (50) senses the velocity of the wind around a floater. |
