<p>This semiconductor device with a lens is characterized by being provided with: an optical semiconductor device comprising at least one optical semiconductor element mounted on a substrate and a transparent resin sealing body that seals the optical semiconductor element; a resin lens provided with a recessed part for accommodating the transparent resin sealing body; and a transparent resin layer filled into the space formed by the substrate, the recessed part, and transparent resin sealing body. The semiconductor device is further characterized by the volume of the recessed part being 1.1 or greater times the total volume of the optical semiconductor element and transparent resin sealing body.</p> |
