<p>An antibody binding to Tau, phosphorylated at serine 422 (pS422), characterized in specifically binding to phosphorylated Tau fragment of SEQ ID NO: 9 and to Tau pS422, but not binding to Tau and to phosphorylated MCAK fragment of SEQ ID NO: 17 is useful in the treatment of a Tauopathy.</p>
