PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intra-sea crust restoration method which achieves efficient disposal of a crust-like composition by submerging it in the sea and making it a part of the crust.SOLUTION: A crust-like composition 20 which includes a radioactive substance 19 and whose radioactive concentration as the whole is set to equal to or less than a predetermined value is submerged in the sea 302. In this case, the radioactive concentration is set to the predetermined value meeting a legal reference value and a clearance level. Therefore, the crust-like composition 20 is no longer radioactive waste so as to be able to be thrown into or to be submerged in the sea 302 in various ways. The crust-like composition 20 can be efficiently disposed of by making it a part of the crust. |
