PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive device which can accommodate a much higher carrier frequency.SOLUTION: A half of the difference between a first motor current value 26a to be detected in response to an offset value calculating trigger signal 24a outputted at a first timing before a PWM control, and a second motor current value 26b to be detected in response to an offset value calculating trigger signal 24b outputted at a second timing immediately after the first timing is calculated as an offset value 26. When the offset value 26 is calculated, an actual motor current value 25 is detected in response to a current detection trigger signal 22 outputted at every second timing, so that the actual motor current value 25 is corrected by subtracting the offset value 26 from the actual motor current value 25. |
