PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for image analysis of a multiple fluorescent image, which obtains images for respective fluorescent substances in a multiple fluorescent image obtained by photographing a photographing object including a plurality of fluorescent substances.SOLUTION: In an embodiment of the present invention, in a blind decomposition analysis part 200, by utilizing a PARAFAC model (formula (3)), a fluorescent spectral series S for an emission wavelength distribution for each fluorescent substance, a decoloration series D for a decoloration change for each fluorescent substance corresponding to each radiation of repetition of excitation light L1 or a point of time in a radiation period, and a density C for density image data for each fluorescent substance in each pixel position are determined in such a manner as to math decoloration series spectral image data DSI. The decoloration series spectral image data is determined as data series of spectral image of at least a part of a photographing object obtained by radiating at least one kind of excitation light repeatedly or in a certain radiation period toward the photographing object including a plurality of kinds of fluorescent substances, dispersing light which is emitted from the photographing object in accordance with radiation of the excitation light, and imaging it. |
