PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely identify device faults.SOLUTION: A fault monitoring device that collects call processing history information including call processing codes representing call processing results comprises: a call processing history management section for retaining call processing history information, date and time information, and identification information of a plurality of radio base stations that were collected from the radio base stations; a fault pattern management section for retaining fault patterns that associate an incidence of a processing code with a fault factor for the base stations; a totalization section for aggregating call processing history information within a totalization period; a fault estimation section for inferring the presence or absence of a fault in the radio base stations from the aggregation results of call processing history information; a fault identification section for evaluating the aggregation results of call processing history information on the basis of fault patterns recorded in the fault pattern management section to infer a fault factor for the radio base stations; and an output section for outputting information that identifies a radio base station inferred to have the fault and the inferred fault factor. |
