PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film manufacturing method capable of forming a thin film having more uniform thickness, and to provide a coating liquid applying method.SOLUTION: A method is provided for manufacturing a coating film formed on a surface of an object to be coated. The method includes a first coating step of applying a first coating liquid containing solid contents on the surface of the object to be coated, and a second coating step of applying a second coating liquid containing solid contents while enclosing the periphery of a region where the first coating liquid is applied, wherein the solid content concentration of the second coating liquid is lower than the solid content concentration of the first coating liquid. |
