PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee prosthesis configured so that bearing having a plurality of sizes fits into a single tibial tray.SOLUTION: A knee prosthesis includes a femoral component, a tibial tray and a plurality of bearing. The tibial tray has a fixed member extending downwardly from a lower surface a platform having a Y-shaped posterior buttress extending thereabove. The posterior buttress has a pair of arms extending along the rear part around the platform and each of the pair of arms has an undercut. Moreover, the platform includes a fore-buttress extending along a front part around and above the platform. Each of the plurality of bearings has respective different widths. Internal and external bearing surfaces are configured to articulate with the femoral component. The bearings have at least one recess receiving the rear of tibial tray and the front buttress. The bearings have a pair of rear lock tabs arranged to be received in each undercut of the pair of arms of the rear buttress. |
