Organosilane compounds are provided to produce an organic electroluminescent device having high efficiency, improved color purity and low driving voltage by using the organosilane group having silane group with steric hindrance properties and anthracene group with enhanced electron transport properties as a material for luminescent layer. The Organosilane compounds represented by the formula(1) are useful as materials for an organic electroluminescent device, wherein n is 1 or 2, p is 1 or 2, k is an integer from 1 to 4 and l is an integer from 1 to 4; R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen, C1-20 linear, non-linear and cyclic alkyl group, C1-20 alkoxy group, aryloxy group, halogen atom, cyano group, nitro group, or trifluoro methyl group; Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently optionally substituted C6-20 aryl group or arylene group; and R3 is represented by a structural formula(1), in which m is an integer from 0 to 4, and Ar4 and Ar5 are each independently optionally substituted C6-20 aryl group or arylene group. |
