Disclosed are a live video stream aggregation distribution method and device. First, a local live video stream and a network live video stream are obtained; the local live video stream and the network live video stream are splitted; the splitted data is merged according to their categories; the merged data is combined and sorted; service data is outputted. With the adoption of the technical scheme of the invention, a uniform output interface can be formed for multi-path M3U8 live streams, aggregation of TS fragments and different M3U8 live streams. Moreover, different M3U8 live streams can be provided for different users.
