The present invention provides a processing method and system for information query, and a communication device. The method comprises: a first communication device receiving an information request packet sent by a second communication device, the information request packet comprising a first piece of query information and a first sending contention window; when the first communication device is in active state, the first communication device performing feedback processing or no feedback processing on the first piece of query information according to the first piece of query information and the first sending contention window in the information request packet or according to the first piece of query information and the first sending contention window in the information request packet as well as information corresponding to a second information feedback packet and stored by the first communication device.
