PURPOSE: A device for automatically replacing molds is provided to stably replace the molds by automatizing a process replacing the molds. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically replacing molds comprises a lower jig (10), a top jig (40), a clamp (90), a vertical transfer unit (60), and a horizontal transfer unit. The lower jig is installed at a molding device. One surface of the top jig is connected to the lower jig by hinges and a top mold (50) is installed at the lower surface. A middle jig is installed at the top of the lower jig and a lower mold (30) is installed at the top surface. The clamp is installed at both sides of the lower jig to fix the middle jig to the lower jig. The vertical transfer unit is installed at the top surface of the lower jig and vertically transfers the middle jig. The horizontal transfer unit pushes the middle jig in a horizontally direction. |
