PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an empty can recovering box with a taking away prevention function which is configured in such a way that a charged empty can cannot be taken out.SOLUTION: An empty can recovering box with a taking away prevention function comprises a box body 12 having an opening 13 and an upper cover 22 comprising a fixed side upper cover 23 covering a part of the regional surface of the opening 13 and a movable side upper cover 33 covering all other parts of the regional surface so as to be openable and closable. The fixed side upper cover 23 and the movable side upper cover 33 are formed to include square-shaped slots 24 and 34 for an empty can C and flexible peaked parts 25, 25, 35, and 35 which can be freely pushed down from the sides of the respective side edges 24a, 24b, 34a and 34b of two facing sides separating the square-shaped slots 24 and 34 can prevent pull-up, and are extended toward the square-shaped slots 24 and 34. The movable side upper cover is arranged in such a way that the adjacent side edge part 38 of the movable side upper cover part is connected so as to be openable and closable to the side of the fixed side upper cover 23 and the movable side upper cover 33 can be locked and unlocked through a locking mechanism 45. |
