PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating hydrogen plasma in liquid at normal temperature and normal pressure.SOLUTION: A hydrogen plasma generation method includes: a step of preparing solution in which ionic bond hydrogenated hydrogen or ortho-hydrogen molecules are dissolved; and a step of irradiating the solution with an ultrasonic wave or microwave. Preferably, a microvalve is stirred by the irradiation with the ultrasonic wave or microwave as solar energy, and hydrogen plasma is generated when the microvalve is burst. The hydrogen plasma can further micronize emulsified oil by applying the hydrogen plasma generation method to an oil emulsification step. |
