PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unfairness from being caused for charge allotments between passengers.SOLUTION: A charge calculation device 10 calculates a first seat-load time before a passenger arriving at a destination for every passenger riding together in predetermined transportation means. Then, the charge calculation device 10 calculates a migration length at utilizing the transportation means to the destination without other passengers riding together for every passenger. Then, the charge calculation device 10 estimates a second seat-load time before the passenger arriving at the destination from the migration length of the transportation means. Then, the charge calculation device 10 calculates time lag of the first seat-load time and the second seat-load time for every passenger. Then, the charge calculation device 10 calculates a filling amount that passengers getting off early pay to passengers getting off later using the time lag calculated for every passenger. Then, the charge calculation device 10 calculates a riding together charge of each passenger using the filling amount. |
