PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate recommendation list without performing clustering processing when assignment or succession occurs.SOLUTION: A recommendation list providing device 1 comprises: an ID corresponding table management unit 12 which generates a new user UD associated with a terminal ID for which a user has changed; a cluster corresponding table management unit 13 which deletes, in a cluster corresponding table storing correspondence information between a user ID of a representative user and a user ID of an affiliated user, correspondence information on a user ID before change related to a portable terminal for which a user has changed, adds correspondence information of a new user ID defined as an affiliated user, which is associated with a user ID of a predetermined representative user, and converts a user ID of an affiliated user in respective correspondence information in the cluster corresponding table into a corresponding terminal ID; and a recommendation list providing unit 14 which provides a recommendation list of the representative user associated with a terminal ID of an acquisition request source in the cluster corresponding table to the acquisition request source. |
