PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire or an optical fiber which suppresses discharge loss during long-distance electricity transmission in an electric signal noise power distribution network, or suppresses optical signal noise in optical fiber transmission, in electrical current transmission or optical fiber transmission.SOLUTION: In an optical fiber, the shape of a core wire itself is finished so that a spiral rotation shape is wound clockwise or counterclockwise, the core wire 8 of spiral rotation shape is coated with a clad 9, and then they are covered with an insulation material 10. Since the refraction contact surface of the electric signal or the optical signal in an optical fiber is reduced by a coated material, the load of frictional heat is reduced in the core wire 8 of spiral rotation shape. |
